​Life is all about making decisions. If you are in a situation that you must make a decision to proceed with the journey, you must make a decision, despite the circumstances and consequences. In life, when there are issues that affect the journey, the tough decision has to be made in order to continue the journey. 

In property investment, the economic downturn has affected homeowners and investors on their investment decision. Selling to buy can be tough and selling at loss is painful. 

In migration, coping with the visa refusal decision can be tough and the decision to leave Australia or appeal lies on the eagerness and the strength of the applicant.
