Words are the best communication. I like to write and share about my passion, experience and story.
2017 will not be the same without all of your support.
With a grateful heart, I would like to thank all of your support in both of my businesses. Without the support, encouragement and trust, Austpro Properties and Austpro Migration will not succeed and grow.
Every person that we met, every listing that we signed, every offer that we concluded, I say thank you for the opportunity to hand your most valuable asset to us.
To every visa applicant, migrants and friends, thanks for entrusting us on managing your immigration matter, thanks for choosing us to act on your behalf to deal with the complication of skill assessment, request from case officer and the tribunal.
2018 will be a better year, let's move forward stronger and better.
What an amazing week! It is a typical week that started with some challenges and hurdles. Some good news during the week and more challenges at the end of the week. But, through belief, faith and persistence, we conquered the challenges.
This week, Austpro Properties has recorded a whooping 3 sales, best week ever. And one of them is sold at the asking price. Perth property market is finally back!
But we also understand a lot of homeowner struggling with financial loss with property vacant without activities or movement. It is our job to assist them, even though we might not solve all the problems. But at least we try.
Another 16 days, 2017 will come to an end. What have we done so far? Have we achieved our goal? For us, we achieved far more than we planned and I believe that we will continue to soar like an eagle next year.
It's the first day of the month, and the first day of the new season. Summer is here, means we are 30 days to the end of 2017.
2017 is a good year as we have achieved strong growth in business turnover, staff numbers and business transactions. This year is also a good year for us to reinvent, reinitiate and revive. Business is all about trust and attitude, it's about the relationship between people.
When the business grow, we need to be careful on the dealings we have and the importance of due diligence. As the business owner, I have to protect my staff members, against all accusation, defamation and wrongdoing. Even we have to hand back some businesses back to the client, to prevent the wrong-doing, we will do it.
Time is limited, and life is too short to dance with ugly woman. Appreciate everyone that we meet, appreciate every challenge that we encounter, because the right attitude will make us a better person.
