What a great week we have!
Our sales team is busy getting the job done. To increase the competitiveness and the effectiveness of the team, I have started a competition between the teams, to see who can achieve their goals in the month. The reward will be $1,000 cash on the table.
With the new competition, the team are prospecting hard and smart. So if you know anyone that interested to sell, please give our sales team a call. Their details can be found at www.austpro-properties.com.au
We have completed a few tasks for the month and we believe that we can do better. Off to home open and some viewings. Catch you again.
it's a big week in Australian Migration.
This week, Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has announced the potential of the introduction of "Provisional Visa", rejecting all the possibilities to grant visa applicant direct PR. Currently, Australian skilled migration subclass 186, 187, 189 and 190 and Australian business migration subclass 132, are granting eligible visa applicant a straight PR.
Provisional Visa means that visa applicant must stay in Australia for 2 years or more (depending on the policy) before they are eligible to apply for permanent visa. Currently subclass 489, partner visa 820, temporary working visa 457 or business visa 188 are granting visa applicant permanent pathway if they fulfilled the condition on the "provisional visa".
Australia is a great country and because of the multiculturalism and diversity, we are strong and united.
I will continue to monitor the government decision and update everyone on the latest changes.
For real estate, we "scoot" into the new month with 10 appraisals in 2 weeks and 3 properties leased. I have started my recruitment campaign, so if you know anyone that keen to start their career in real estate, please give me a call at 0415 154 526.
